Invoices & Fees

As a non profit setting we are able to keep our prices competitive whilst the quality of care remains high. We reinvest all additional money back into the provision through resources, staff investment and emergency places and aim to ensure our setting is accessible to all children regardless of background or personal circumstances.

We are happy to assist where ever possible in obtaining funding and advice on payment schemes, please speak with the office or email p.wilson@shadwellchildcare.org with any confidential matters.

Invoices are raised each half term, usually within the first two weeks and will be emailed and paper copies are available upon request. .We accept payments via childcare vouchers, direct debit, cash and Tax-Free Childcare. Where applicable all funding will be applied for directly and clearly shown as a deduction off your invoice. We are happy to help with advice regarding child tax credit, vouchers and funded places.

We understand that childcare costs can often be high especially in the current climate and, whilst as a charity we try to keep costs to a minimum whilst maintaining outstanding care, we want to share a guide on Tax-Free Childcare to help reduce these costs.
